To do this you have to specifically adapt your site to fit these words or phrases in without your average visitor noticing the difference. The first place you should start is your content, once you've optimized and placed as many keywords into it as possible you can still do more. Place keyword headers into h1 and h2 tags accordingly for maximum effectiveness. It is also proven that bold and italicized text has a small effect on keyword text & density. Besides your content there is a variety of places you can place your keywords.
